Why am I suddenly so tired?
Why is my mood changing?
Why is my body changing so quickly?
Where do I find a provider who actually listens?
What is possible for me on the other side of menopause?
Why can't I sleep like I used to?
Why do I feel anxious, foggy, or unlike myself?
Why did no one prepare me for this?
What can I do besides just 'deal with it'?
Many women enter perimenopause and menopause without clear answers, meaningful support, or providers who fully understand what they are experiencing.
The Menopause Wellness Summit exists to help change that.
Through expert education, community connection, advocacy, and a special screening connected to The (M) Factor movement, this summit shines a light on the physical, emotional, workplace, and healthcare challenges women face in midlife.
This is not about fear, shame, or fixing yourself. It is about understanding your body, knowing your options, finding the right support, and moving forward with clarity, confidence, and community.
Join the movement.

Menopause is not the end of your energy, confidence, beauty, purpose, or strength.
It is a powerful transition.
And with the right education, providers, tools, and community, it can become a turning point.
A place where you stop guessing.
A place where you stop blaming yourself.
A place where you start asking better questions.
A place where you begin to see what is possible on the other side.
Menopause is not a small conversation. It affects women's bodies, minds, families, careers, and long-term health. The numbers tell the story—and the urgency.
U.S. women enter menopause each year
U.S. women living with heart disease
Most breast cancers diagnosed after age 50
U.S. women living with diabetes
Estimated annual lost work time from menopause symptoms
This is why education matters.
This is why provider access matters.
This is why women need real answers before symptoms become silent, confusion, or long-term health risks
Heart Disease: CDC - Over 60 million U.S. women live with heart disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women. After menopause, women face a higher risk of coronary heart disease due to hormonal changes.
Breast Cancer: CDC - Most breast cancers are found in women age 50 and older. Risk increases with age. Understanding breast health, screening, and prevention is critical in midlife.
Diabetes: Office on Women's Health - About 15 million women in the United States have diabetes (approximately 1 in every 9 adult women). After menopause, changes in weight and waist circumference can raise the risk for type 2 diabetes.
Work Impact: Mayo Clinic research reports menopause symptoms cost the U.S. an estimated $1.8 billion annually in lost work time, with additional medical costs estimated at $26.6 billion.
Menopause is more than hot flashes. For many women, it can affect sleep, mood, memory, intimacy, skin, body composition, and long-term health.

The Menopause Wellness Summit is proud to support the Earth Angel Initiative, a pay-it-forward women’s wellness initiative that helps single moms and underserved women access care, support, and wellness resources.
A portion of the summit proceeds will help extend the impact beyond this one-day event by creating greater access, advocacy, and community care for women who may otherwise go without support.
When you attend the summit, you are not only investing in your own wellness. You are also helping another woman feel seen, supported, and cared for.
Because women’s health is community care.
